Refund policy

Every piece we make is intended to be treasured for years to come, and we want you to be truly happy with what arrives. This policy explains how returns and refunds work across our two kinds of artwork, and it sits alongside your legal rights rather than in place of them.

Ready to Buy artwork

Our Ready to Buy pieces are made in advance and available to purchase as they are. If you've bought one and find it isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. We simply ask that it comes back to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, so please handle it with the same care we did.

To arrange a return, just get in touch and we'll talk you through the next steps. The cost of returning the piece to us is yours to cover unless it reached you faulty or damaged, and we'd recommend a tracked service, as the artwork remains your responsibility until it's safely back with us. Once we've received it and checked it over, we'll refund you within 14 days, using the same method you paid with.

Bespoke artwork

Our bespoke pieces are pressed from your own flowers and made uniquely for you. Because each one is so personal, and could never be offered to anyone else, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke artwork where you've simply changed your mind. We hope you'll understand that this is a natural part of creating something one of a kind.

This doesn't affect your rights if something has gone wrong. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as we described it, please tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right, whether by repair, remaking or refund as appropriate.

If your artwork arrives damaged

We pack every piece with great care, but should anything reach you damaged in transit, do let us know within 14 days and send us a photograph or two if you can. We'll then arrange the best way to make it right.
