Getting your flowers to us

Fresh flowers are at their most beautiful in the first days after an occasion, and that's when they press best. To capture your blooms at their finest, we ask that they reach us within 48 hours of your event wherever possible. Whichever way you choose to get them to us, we'll let you know the moment they arrive safely.

Bring them to the studio. If you'd like to hand your flowers over in person, you're very welcome to drop them at the studio, ideally within a day or two of your occasion while they're still at their freshest. It's the gentlest way for delicate blooms to travel, with no time spent in transit. We'll confirm a convenient time once your order is placed.

We'll come to you. If the flowers are within twenty miles of the studio, we can collect them from you, whether they're at a venue, a florist, or a family member's home. This is ideal for flowers that are too precious to post. So that we catch them at their best, we'll arrange collection within 48 hours of your event.

Send them by post. If you're further afield, you can post your flowers to us using our simple packing guide, which we'll send along with your booking confirmation. It explains everything you need, from choosing the right box to hydrating the stems and sealing them safely for the journey. We recommend posting them to us as soon as you're able, ideally within 48 hours of your occasion, so they arrive in the loveliest possible condition for pressing. Once they reach us, we'll be in touch to let you know they've arrived.

Receiving your finished artwork

When your piece is complete, we'll be in touch to let you know it's ready.

Collect from the studio. You're welcome to collect your finished artwork in person, free of charge, at a time that suits you.

Delivered to your door. Prefer it brought to you? We'll carefully package your artwork and send it out for a delivery charge, which we'll confirm at the time depending on the size of your piece.
